Marlem Jalomo - Sleeve Gastrectomy

I was sleeved on August 10, 2012. I made the decision to have surgery after my weight had gotten so out of control, I lived in constant pain. My knees hurt all the time even laying down, my weight had messed up my rotator cuff and some days it hurt to move my arm.

I started working out and trying to lose weight but the slow progress was not enough. I made the decision to look in to weight loss surgery because I was afraid that if my knees got worst I would only gain more weight and the domino effect would end with loss of life or major knee surgery.

The day of my surgery I knew it was the beginning of the rest of my life. I am at 6 months post op and I could not be happier. I'm looking great but most importantly I FEEL GREAT! I'm no longer in constant pain, I can work out longer and harder, plus many non scale victories and 72 lbs lost so far. I'm healthier and happier than I have been in years, I know I will never look back. Thank you Dr. Feiz and staff for bring there for me every step of the way!"
